Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY OF SOLUNMA
1.The security of user data comes first
SOLUNMA respects the privacy of all users of the website and online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the customer" or "the customers"). This privacy policy forms the basis for the processing of personal data and provides information on the type of user data collected from customers by SOLUNMA, how SOLUNMA uses this data, and what rights customers have. SOLUNMA complies with applicable data protection laws and processes personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was provided.
This privacy policy is updated, supplemented, or amended from time to time. The version available at the time of each new visit or access to the website applies.
If there are contradictions between this privacy policy and the otherwise applicable contract or business terms of Auraskin, the provisions of this privacy policy take precedence.
1. Type and Purpose of Collected Data
The term "personal data" or "personally identifiable data" within the meaning of this privacy policy includes information that can be used to personally identify customers.
Processing personal data refers to any handling of personal data, such as collecting, using, storing, disclosing, transmitting, or deleting the data.
SOLUNMA collects personal data automatically when the customer interacts with the website or uses the online shop. Additionally, personal data is either automatically or manually collected when a customer provides it (e.g., through contacting the company, creating a user profile, or setting up a customer account).
- Data that is automatically collected
When visiting the SOLUNMA website, statistical visitor data is automatically collected to determine which parts of the website customers visit. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which may include the name of the requested file, the customer's IP address, the date and time of access, the browser used, the operating system, the amount of data transmitted, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access. In this context, the use of so-called cookies (see section 4) may be required.
These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our services.
1. Data collected through interaction with SOLUNMA, for contract processing, contact, and account creation
SOLUNMA does not automatically collect personal data from customers, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
However, personal data is collected when a customer voluntarily provides it as part of an order or when contacting SOLUNMA (e.g., via a contact form or email). Required fields are marked as such because SOLUNMA needs this data for contract processing or handling the request. Without providing this information, the order or inquiry cannot be processed. The specific data collected is visible in the respective input forms.
If a customer decides to create a customer account, SOLUNMA uses the personal data for the purpose of account creation. The required information requested during registration must be provided completely; otherwise, SOLUNMA may reject the registration. The collected personal data is used solely for the operation of the online shop or the specific services the customer has registered for. Additionally, SOLUNMA may use the customer’s email address to notify them about important changes, such as service updates or necessary technical modifications.
After the contract has been fully executed or after the deletion of the customer account, the customer's data will be restricted from further processing and deleted after the expiry of tax and commercial retention periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of the data or SOLUNMA reserves the right to further data usage as permitted by law. The deletion of the customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact details provided below (see section 9) or through a designated function in the customer account.
1. Legal Basis for the Collection and Processing of Personal Data
The legal basis for the collection and processing of the customer’s personal data depends on the specific purpose of the data processing. The following reasons may apply:
- The protection of SOLUNMA’s legitimate interests, provided that the customer's interests, fundamental rights, or freedoms are not unduly affected;
- The conclusion or fulfillment of a contract; or
- The customer's consent at the time of data collection. The customer can revoke their consent at any time. To do so, they can send a corresponding message to the contact details provided below. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out prior to the revocation remains unaffected.
1. Use of Cookies and Data Processing
1. Cookies
To continuously improve the website for customers, SOLUNMA may use cookies. Cookies are small software files stored on the customer’s computer hard drive via web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox) to facilitate the use of the website (e.g., language selection, shopping cart, etc.).
Some of the cookies used by SOLUNMA are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after closing the web browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on the device and enable SOLUNMA to recognize the customer’s web browser on their next visit (so-called persistent cookies). The storage duration can be found in the cookie settings of the web browser.
Most web browsers automatically accept such cookies, but they can be configured to refuse or store cookies. However, disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the website. For further details, please refer to the browser's user manual or help function.
1. Data Usage
The anonymized data recorded when accessing the SOLUNMA website via cookies can be used for web analysis purposes, website optimization, and performance measurement. SOLUNMA may use third-party providers for this, who may have their own data protection regulations over which SOLUNMA has no control.
SOLUNMA uses functions from the following web analysis services:
Google Analytics
Provider: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google evaluates website usage to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website and internet usage for Shapees. The IP address transmitted by the customer's web browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.
The information generated by cookies about website usage is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Google complies with the data protection regulations of the "Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield" agreement and is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce for the "Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield" (Information about the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield can be found at:
https://www.privacyshield.gov/Swiss-US-Privacy-Shield-FAQs).

Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
Provider: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
As part of Google Ads, SOLUNMA uses what is known as conversion tracking. When a customer clicks on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. These cookies expire after a maximum of 30 days and are not used to identify the customer. If the customer visits SOLUNMA’s website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and SOLUNMA can recognize that the customer clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
SOLUNMA receives information from Google about the total number of users who clicked on the ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, SOLUNMA does not receive any information that can personally identify the customer.
Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy at
https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
Google Maps
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
SOLUNMA uses Google Maps for the visual representation of geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google processes data about the use of the Maps functions by website visitors, which may include the IP address and location data. SOLUNMA has no influence on this data processing.
If information is transferred to and stored on Google servers in the USA, the American company Google LLC is certified under the "Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield."
To disable the Google Maps service and prevent data transmission to Google, customers must deactivate the JavaScript function in their web browser. In this case, Google Maps can only be used to a limited extent or not at all.

1. Social Media Content
SOLUNMA may use social media plugins from social networks on the website, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
When a customer visits a website that contains such a plugin, the web browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the respective provider to the web browser and integrated into the page. Through the integration of the plugins, the providers receive information that the customer's web browser has accessed the corresponding SOLUNMA website, even if the customer does not have a profile on the respective social network or is not currently logged in.
This information (including the IP address) is transmitted directly from the customer's web browser to a server of the respective provider (possibly in the USA) and stored there. If the customer is logged into one of the services, the providers of the social network can immediately associate the visit to the SOLUNMA website with the customer's profile in the respective social network.
If the customer interacts with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the provider and stored there. The information is also published in the social network and displayed to the customer’s contacts.
These social network platforms have their own privacy policies, over which SOLUNMA has no influence.
The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by the providers on their websites, as well as contact options, customer rights, and settings for protecting privacy, can be found in the privacy policies of the providers:
https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
https://twitter.com/de/privacy
https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388
If the customer does not want any of these plugins to be loaded, it is recommended to log out of the respective social networks. Additionally, web browsers can be configured accordingly or supplemented with add-ons (e.g., Facebook Blocker) to prevent social media plugins from being loaded.
1. Newsletter
If the customer wishes to subscribe to a newsletter offered by SOLUNMA, SOLUNMA requires the customer's email address and other information that allows verification that the customer is the owner of the specified email address and agrees to receive the newsletter (so-called "double-opt-in" procedure). If the customer, as a registered user, wishes to subscribe to a newsletter, they can give their consent at the time of registration or later via the subscription function in their customer account.
With the newsletter, the customer regularly receives recommendations and offers that may be of interest. For this purpose, SOLUNMA collects and processes personal data related to the customer’s usage behavior on the website, orders placed with SOLUNMA, as well as how the customer interacts with the newsletter (e.g., whether the newsletter is opened or which web URL links are clicked). SOLUNMA may evaluate this data for statistical purposes to better tailor the content of the newsletter to the interests of its customers.
The processing of personal data entered in the newsletter registration form is based on the customer’s consent, which can be revoked at any time for the future. The revocation can be done either via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter, by sending a written notification to SOLUNMA at the specified address, or by unsubscribing through the customer account. The collected personal data is used by SOLUNMA for the content design and delivery of the newsletter. No data is shared with third parties for their own (advertising) purposes.
SOLUNMA stores the personal data provided by the customer for the purpose of receiving the newsletter until the customer unsubscribes from the newsletter.
1. Sharing Your Data
SOLUNMA will not disclose customers' personal data to third parties. Exceptions apply if the customer has agreed to share their data with companies that are not affiliated with SOLUNMA or if SOLUNMA is legally, administratively, or judicially required to do so. Additionally, if service providers assisting SOLUNMA with data processing, website management, or other services (such as parcel delivery or newsletter distribution providers) are involved, they may receive necessary data. These third parties are obligated to maintain the same level of security and data protection as SOLUNMA.
2. Data Security
The transmission of data over the Internet is unfortunately not completely secure. SOLUNMA works with service providers and internet providers who implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect customers' personal data. However, SOLUNMA cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted by the customer. Every data transmission is therefore carried out at the customer’s own risk.
1. Your Information and Withdrawal Rights
Of course, every customer is free to inform SOLUNMA at any time – for example, via email – that their personal data should no longer be used for contact purposes in the future. Participation in special services on the SOLUNMA website, such as the newsletter service, can also be revoked at any time.
Additionally, there is the option to request information about the processing of data or to obtain a copy of the personal data collected via the SOLUNMA website.
